Run under PCAQ rules. Helmets must be AS 3838, EN 1384, or ASTMF 1163 or better Surcingle & girth must be used with stock saddle Competitors compete at their own risk. One horse - One rider - One rider - One horse The Organising Committee reserves the right to alter or change the program in any way that may be deemed necessary. The Judges decision is final. Any objections must be lodged within 15 minutes of the event concerned, together with a fee of $50, which is refundable if the objection is upheld. Current membership card must be shown upon nomination. All Non- Members must sign a Participation Agreement Only approved Pony Club gear to be used. All riders to wear approved boots Disclaimer Neither the Organising Committee nor PCAQ Inc. accepts any liability for any accident, injury or illness to any horse, rider, spectator or any other persons or property whatsoever. Ambulance Individuals will be responsible for their own transportation to any place for treatment of injuries. The club accepts no responsibility for this in any way. First offence will incur elimination from the event, second offence disqualification for the day. Nomination fees will not be refunded.
