The Grand Parade

At 4:00pm up to 1000 or more riders & drivers begin to move down from the eastern end of Bligh Street, the very wide main street of Kilkivan, until the whole street is a sea of moving horses. We believe that no where else in Australia can such a spectacle, on such a scale be viewed. Spectators on previous rides confirm that it is an experience which is unique to the Kilkivan Great Horse Ride.
